Andrew S. Allen graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Iowa in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

In 1990, he earned is Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois and passed both the Illinois and Iowa bar exams.

He is currently practicing in Illinois.
